A supportive space for women navigating divorce and co-parenting — grounded in nervous system science, guided by compassion.
Divorce is one of life’s most profound transitions. It touches your sense of self, your relationships with your children, and your vision for the future. This group offers a structured, trauma-informed space where you can process grief, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with who you are — beyond this season of change.
Drawing on Polyvagal Theory, evidence-based therapeutic practices, and the wisdom of shared experience, each session is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are and carry you forward.
What the Group Will Cover:
1. Nervous System Foundations
Introduction to Polyvagal Theory — understanding your body's stress responses and
beginning to build emotional regulation skills that support you through upheaval.
2. Grief & Loss in Divorce
Honoring what has ended — exploring the layered grief that comes with divorce,
including loss of identity, partnership, family structure, and future plans.
3. Quieting the Inner Critic
Reducing distress and interrupting negative thought cycles — identifying cognitive
patterns that keep you stuck and replacing them with grounded,
compassionate thinking.
4. Co-Parenting with Clarity
Improving communication with your co-parent — practical tools for navigating
difficult conversations, setting boundaries, and keeping your children's wellbeing at
the center.
5. Reclaiming Your Identity
Reconnecting with your values, strengths, and sense of self — rediscovering who you
are apart from the role of wife or partner, and what truly matters to you now.
6. Acceptance & Envisioning the Future
Moving forward with intention — practicing acceptance of what is, releasing what
was, and beginning to vision the life and future you want to create from here.

This group focuses on helping children:
Children will have opportunities to practice turn-taking, perspective-taking, conversation skills, teamwork, and coping strategies in a way that feels natural and enjoyable.
The group is especially beneficial for children diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as children who may benefit from additional support with social interaction, emotional awareness, and peer relationships. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where children can connect, learn, grow, and have fun together.

Are you looking to strengthen your connection with your child while learning practical, research-based parenting tools? Our 10-week Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) Workshop is designed to help parents and caregivers of children ages 3 to 8 years old build a deeper bond, reduce behavior challenges, and promote emotional growth—both for the child and the parent.
While the group is best suited for families with children in this age range, parents of children slightly younger or older have also found the workshop very beneficial.
